Building Inspection

Building Inspections are carried out by an experienced, licenced and insured builder. Termite Inspection

Termite inspections are carried out in accordance with the Australian Standards and should be conducted annually. 

Pre purchase Termite Inspections should be carried out prior to purchasing a property.

Stuart has a wealth of local termite knowledge and experience; he has also had extensive training using the Australian Standard Equipment as well as the latest scientific tools such as Infared Thermal Imaging Camera and Termatrac motion sensor to detect minute termite activity behind walls and beneath floors.
